09 Snowskate Season queston: How do you sharpen your snowskate posted on 2008-11-18 20:37:05

The crew is gearing up for another Colorado Snow season. Looks to be a good un. Here's another question I expect no body will answer.... How do you sharpen your snowskate? By hand, the local shop? If you do it yourself, any tricks you might be able to share?  Mine is due for a pro level sharpening.

Curious to see if this would work...another video posted on 2007-03-23 12:26:26

Where to get a snowskate posted on 2007-02-01 14:33:07

I've been getting alot of questions about where to get a snowskate.  So far, ebay works to find new and used ones. Online, I recommend searching the snowboard shops, froogle, etc. Some shops order  one or two a year. Boulder is sold out of bi deck snowskates right now. Anyone have suggestions?

you nickname isn't Bombhole Busey for nothin...  your the only person who has knee's that can withstand the force necessary to make that aweful noise and stress the trucks that much.  The rest of us have already ruined our knees. Sharf seems to agree with me, so nanner nanner nanner...

Let see, I did clear it, without destroying someone else's property and denying it.... Not jealous of that habit...if you had an Native American name it would be "two trucks cracking"...kimmosabe.

Remember the sound of you casing the gap jump? That was the sound of two trucks cracking...

I may resemble a fanboy, but it is good stuff. I've bought one skateboard this year, and I generally buy about 6...

Hope people join the site.

Nick (owner of the site) destroyed my snowskate trucks, Mervin Mfg. sent me new ones for free. They are probably the best company I've dealt with in years. There's a reason I have a Mervin, snowboard, skateboard, and snowskate....   Major props.
