First post here, I am a local skater.... I also own a skate shop in denver (englewood), diabolical boardshop. We have the 2010 ambition snow skates in stock, sold the phil smage already. We also have the fuse 4x4 kit in white and the fuse flats on the way. Come check us out sometime.... also I see you were talking about an event? We'd be down to help anyway we could, let us know if you guys get (or want some help) something put together. We really want to see this local scene happen out here and are committed to helping you guys out anyway we can.

Good to hear from you too Nick. I'm stoked to hear you have a yard in Ned that sounds like it could be awesome. Give me details and tell me how much junk we can fill it up with haha (maybe haybails soon before the snow comes). I don't have the money to pay for a ticket to a resort right now but if any place has some worth wile shit set up at the bottom that has free access let me know.

Hey Steve,

Glad to hear from you! I just snowskated A-Basin on Sunday actually, and am probably going up again this weekend. As soon as the snow starts, I'll probably have a pretty decent course built in my yard up in Nederland as well.

I have a feeling this is going to be an excellent year. I can't wait to film some 'street skating' once Boulder gets dumped on.

Once we get some snow, we'll definitely get together and do some riding. Maybe we should even organize a CO snowskate event of some sort, see if we can get more than 4 people to show up. haha

Welcome Steve! There's a sizable Boulder snow-skate crew, we skate El Do a fair bit, as well as the five mountains and pretty much any other resort. We haven't done much local skating so far this year, mainly mountain riding.

Got any pics or vids of you skating? You should throw them up.

Next time Boulder gets a big dump, we should hook up on here and do some urban skating.

- Nick Busey
